This week on TCR Express digital media editor Warren Frey interviews Scott Duke, the founder and CEO of OpnRoad, a Revelstoke, B.C. based company which assists with sales of excavation companies.
While much attention on the merger and acquisition (M&A) front has focused on large companies acquiring or selling other large companies, Duke said there are many firms in the small to medium space who need expertise and assistance with selling their business.
Duke also explained how given both the state of technology and the rush to digital-first during the pandemic he is able to run a company with services across North America from a small resort town in British Columbia.
