This week on the Construction Record podcast digital media editor Warren Frey talks to Procore Vice President, Canada Jas Saraw about the current and future trends as the construction industry enters 2022.
Saraw highlighted the use of big data, artificial intelligence and automation as trends that were underway before the pandemic but which accelerated once COVID-19 made increased use of digital tools and digital literacy necessary to do business.
He also looked at how office buildings and other under-occupied buildings may be repurposed in future as companies consolidate or stay remote once the pandemic has ended.
