On this special edition of The Construction Record podcast, we take an in-depth look at the BC Construction Safety Alliance’s (BCCSA) SiteReadyBC online construction safety orientation course.
Journal of Commerce (JOC) and Daily Commercial News (DCN) digital media editor Warren Frey spoke to Brooks Patterson, BCCSA board member and vice-president of HSE and Loss Control with NorLand Limited, about the overall vision of SiteReadyBC. Warren also spoke to BCCSA director of health and safety services Erin Linde about the practical implementation of the program.
DCN and JOC national managing editor Vince Versace spoke to BCCSA board of directors chair and Mierau Contractors Ltd. owner Kevin Mierau about his perspective on the program both in terms of safety and as a contractor with boots on the ground.
