It’s the first of Five Pods of Xmas and our inaugural guest is Daily Commercial News staff writer Don Wall who joins digital media editor Warren Frey to talk about some of the most important construction stories in Ontario in 2021 as well as predictions for the upcoming year.
Don pointed to increasing cooperation between the Ontario government and the building trades, as well as pointing to the LIUNA Cares initiative and the replacement of the Ontario College of Trades with Skilled Trades Ontario. Don also pointed to mass timber as a growing sector in Ontario in 2022 and the years to come.
