Welcome back to the Five Pods of Xmas, where we talk to Daily Commercial News and Journal of Commerce staff and find out what they regard as the significant events and trends they covered in 2022 and what they’re looking forward to in 2023.
On this episode we speak with Daily Commercial News and Journal of Commerce national editor Vince Versace about some of the key construction events of 2022 as well as reflecting on if we have an answer to “where are we at?” as 2022 winds to a close.
Vince also looks at how trends we’ve long examined such as housing and the labour shortage have come to a head, as has the growing role of technology in the industry. He also gives a sneak preview of some of the plans we have for 2023, including one involving this very podcast.
